Analysis
When you analyse something, you separate it into its parts and study each of these parts by themselves, and also look at how they relate to each other. Many paragraph bodies are made up of analysis, which takes the topic or idea presented in the topic sentence and breaks it up into logical bits, discussing each one and how they fit together.
In this simple paragraph, the first sentence introduces two main pieces of information - Kurt’s jealousy and his rage. The two sentences after the topic sentence discuss each of these things. Then the last sentence puts it all together again and shows how these two separate things together resulted in Kurt being a very unstable person.
