Order doesn’t matter
You don’t have to write essays, or any piece of writing for that matter, from beginning to end. Take the famous example of the Star Wars movies, for instance. The ‘first’ trilogy (three movies) was released in 1977, 1980, and 1983. However, George Lucas actually intended this to be the middle of three trilogies (making a total of nine movies). More recently, in 1999, 2002, and 2005, the real first trilogy was released. The events that occur in these more recent movies are meant to come before the events shown in the movies released in the 1970s and 1980s.
You can do this with your writing too - you can start halfway through or even at the end of the essay, there’s no need to start at the beginning. In fact, this is often standard practice - many people write the introduction and conclusions last, after writing the middle part of an essay.
